Ludlow is a lovely town, well worth a visit if you haven't ever been, and certainly worth coming back to, if you have :).

The house is very close to the town centre yet situated in small quiet, street just behind the famous Butter Cross. The Castle, Church, Broad Gate, Feathers Hotel and other popular attractions are very nearby.

Ludlow is a beautiful market town in Shropshire, well renowned for its festivals, Ludlow Arts Festival, (June/July), Food (May/September), Mediaeval (November), and Fringe events. 19 Upper Linney provides a great location to base yourselves, to explore South Shropshire, North Herefordshire, Mid Wales and Worcestershire.  Number 19 is suitable for walkers, being close to Mortimer Forest; the Long Mynd at Church Stretton is half an hour away, as too is Hergest Ridge, Kington.  The Malverns are an hour away by car.  Not forgetting Titterstone Clee and Brown Clee, also The Wrekin, Stiperstones, the highest points in Shropshire.
