Terms and Conditions
- Arrival & Departure times; Friday 2pm to Friday 10am; or by arrangement, (Short breaks welcome)
- We normally reserve a provisional booking for five days
- A deposit of £75 is required to secure the booking
- Cheques should be crossed and made payable to Rosemary Thomas
- Credit or debit card payments can be made via Paypal.
- All bookings will be confirmed in writing on receipt of your deposit.
- The balance is payable prior to 6 weeks before the start of your stay.
Cancellation Charges
We will always make every effort to relet in the event of a cancellation. If successful in part or in whole, we will return any such saving we can achieve for you, less a fixed cancellation fee of £50
- Over 6 weeks before your stay – Deposit
- 3 to 6 weeks before – 50% of total cost
- Less than 3 weeks – 90% of total cost
- Notification is required in writing
